Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping. If available for your shipping location, express shipping option will be shown at checkout.

All UK orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking information.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Please use the returns portal here and request a return. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. This may take longer in some instances such as busy periods.

Items returned in an altered state may not be refunded or exchanged. If you have a query, please contact our Customer Support Team via the Contact Page or email support@garmsaffiliated.com.

Will my order receive customs fees and duties?

Orders delivered within the UK/European Union will not be charged customs fees as we ship from Northern Ireland.

Orders delivered within the USA will not be charged customs fees when shipped from our U.S. warehouse (subject to stock availability).

Rest of the World orders may be subject to fees and duties from their respective country’s duties and import services.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Once your return is processed, your exchange will be shipped the same-day or next working day. You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking information.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN REFUNDED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE?

Once issued, please allow 3-10 working days to receive a refund. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for your order.
