• The original postcode from the delivery address
• The full new delivery address

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these changes if your order has already entered the shipping process.

• Orders within the UK are delivered within 1-3 working days.

EUROPE:

• All Europe / Rest of the world orders are delivered within 5-7 working days.
• All EU orders receive zero customs charges.

USA & CANADA:

• All USA & Canada orders are shipped via UPS Express and will be delivered within 3–5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL:

• Rest of the world orders may be subject to fees and duties from their respective country’s duties and import services.

You will not be charged customs fees if your order is within the UK/EU, as we ship from within the UK/EU.
