How do I return my order?
Please submit a return via our returns portal here.
You will then be shown return instructions once the return is submitted. To view the return instructions again, please click “View return” on your return confirmation email.
How do I cancel or edit my order?
To cancel or edit your order, please contact us via our Contact Page or email support@garmsaffiliated.com.
For order cancellations, please provide:
- Your order number
- The postcode linked to your order
- The item(s) you would like to cancel
For item/size changes, please provide:
- Your order number
- The postcode linked to your order
- The original item
- The item/size you would like to change to
For address changes, please provide:
- Your order number
- The postcode linked to your order
- The new full delivery address

Will my order get customs fees and duties?
Orders delivered within the UK/European Union will not be charged customs fees as we ship from Northern Ireland.
Orders delivered within the USA will not be charged customs fees when shipped from our U.S. warehouse (subject to stock availability).
R.O.W orders may be subject to fees and duties from their respective country’s duties and import services.
