ORDERS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Will my order get customer fees and duties?
You will not be charged customs fees if your order is within the UK/EU.
Rest of the world orders may be subject to fees and duties from their respective country’s duties and import services.
How do I return an order for an exchange or refund?
Please use the returns portal - here and request a return. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 working days. This may take longer in some instances such as busy periods.
Items returned in an altered state may not be refunded or exchanged. If you have a query, please contact our Customer Support team.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Once your return is processed, your exchange will be shipped the same-day or next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking information.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN REFUNDED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE?
Once issued, please allow 5-10 working days to receive a refund. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for your order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. During peak busy periods and orders placed on a weekend, cancellations may not be possible.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
An order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
You can make an adjustment to an order by contacting our Customer Support team. This is only available in cases if your order has not been shipped.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND TO PROCESS?
Please allow 48-72 business hours for processing. Refunds are issued on business days only.

HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEM WILL FIT?
Each product page includes a Size Guide and details about the size worn by the model. Measurements are provided in inches, unless otherwise specified. Our Customer Support team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at garmsretail@mail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Include detailed images of the damaged product(s) along with your order number and postcode. Our team will investigate the issue and respond with a resolution.
